Absolutely. We offer dry hire options where you provide the stock and we provide the staff, setup, and service. It’s a great way to stay in control of your budget or include specific brands.
We usually recommend 1 bartender per 40–50 guests for smooth, efficient service. We’ll advise on staffing based on your guest numbers and style of event (e.g. cocktails may require more staff than bottle service).
We typically need access to one standard power socket (13 amp). For water, a nearby source is helpful but not essential. If your venue doesn’t have power, we can provide a generator on request.
Most setups require a space of around 2.5–4m width depending on bar size. Setup usually takes 1–2 hours, and takedown is quick and tidy. We’ll confirm exact needs during booking.
Yes, we have a minimum spend or hire fee, which varies depending on the package and guest numbers. If the minimum spend isn’t met on the night, the balance will be invoiced. We’ll confirm all costs upfront.
